If the Instacart Shopper has not started fulfilling the order, you can add to, modify or cancel the order. Find these options on the Order Status page from the Instacart site. Instacart will leave orders with a doorman, front desk person, etc. Instacart is also happy to follow instructions to leave orders on a front/back porch or at another location; however, Instacart is not responsible for your order if requested to do so. Our focus is on our Members, and becoming more special to them.
The delivery fee is $8 for Plus members and $12 for Club members per order. Select whether you'd like to greet the driver, or if you'd like contactless delivery. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can track your order in real time.

Customers are unable to use prepaid credit cards, store gift cards, and other forms of payment not listed as accepted above. Online prices will be higher than in-club, reflecting the convenience of delivery and industry norms. Sam's Club Members who enter their membership number at checkout will pay lower prices than non-members. If, for any reason, you select Greet Driver but you’re not home to receive your order, your order will be canceled. You must cancel an Instacart order during the shopping or delivery process. You will be issued a refund and may be subject to a $15 cancellation fee. Instacart accepts all major credit and debit cards, Android Pay and Apple Pay.

After the order has been processed, you have the option to delete your credit card without affecting completed orders by navigating to Payment within your profile. We want to move fast, and Instacart is a trusted home delivery service. Our focus is going to be on curating a mix of the best items for our Members, and we're happy to have Instacart's help in getting them to your doorstep. So, if Greet Driver is selected, but you're not home to receive your order for any reason, we'll automatically cancel your order.
Shipping & Delivery
We prefer your original receipt or printed order, but if not, we will do our best to process your return without it. Today, Sam’s Club wants to be the most valuable membership for our members. We’ve grown to provide solutions not only for entrepreneurs and small businesses, but also for families and everyday life because we know that both members shop the same way. Sam’s Club serves millions of members at SamsClub.com and at nearly 600 locations in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Sam’s Club also has locations in Brazil, China and Mexico.
There are however, sales and promotions that are available on Instacart that may not be available in-club. It may take up to 48-hours for a new Membership to complete a Sam's Club order with Instacart. Our systems must sync and recognize your new information. Sam's Club is partnering with Instacart to offer same-day delivery of Groceries and Everyday Essentials.

If it's not available for Same-Day Delivery, you can pick it up at the club or have it shipped to you. As an exclusive member benefit, we don't add price markups or extra fees to your delivery order. You get the same members-only price you get shopping in club, on your own. This means we don't charge to pick your order for you. All we charge is a nominal delivery fee to cover the cost of our delivery drivers.
As soon as your order is delivered, you’ll get an email letting you know so that you can bring it inside right away. While Sam's Club launched its own same-day delivery option, shoppers were previously able to order same-day groceries from Sam's Club via Instacart — without even having to be a member. Delivery prices are higher through Instacart, as are the prices on individual items. Instacart also requires a $10 minimum before orders are eligible for delivery.
Please be sure to return all accessories and packing slips that came with the original package. Items that are too large and/or heavy to be shipped in small packages are shipped by a designated freight carrier. Once the freight carrier receives your order, they will contact you to set up a delivery time. Typically, deliveries are made within 4 hours between 8am and 5pm, Monday through Friday. This is my second order with Sam's Club and both were processed quickly, shipped within a day of the order being placed and received in a timely manner. Their good communication kept me informed of the order status and shipping tracking.

Instant Savings will be applied to your order when orders are placed during savings events. You can browse the site without adding a credit card. When the order is ready to be placed, you will be asked for a credit card to secure payment.
