If you chose Leave at Door and you'd like to retrieve it right away, you can track your order in real time using the link in your confirmation email. Keep an eye out, we'll notify you by email as soon as your delivery is made. You can remove items or cancel an order within 30 minutes if your order will arrive the same day and up until midnight for orders arriving the next day or beyond. But be aware, you will not be able to add new items or increase the quantity of items in your order at any time after your order has been placed. If Greet Driver is selected, we ask that you follow local health guidelines when greeting your driver.
There are however, sales and promotions that are available on Instacart that may not be available in-club. It may take up to 48-hours for a new Membership to complete a Sam's Club order with Instacart. Our systems must sync and recognize your new information. Sam's Club is partnering with Instacart to offer same-day delivery of Groceries and Everyday Essentials.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
At this time, alcohol, gift cards, tobacco, tires, flowers, prescriptions, café items, and mobile phones are not eligible. Other restrictions include order volume, and height and weight of the item. You can see if an item is available for Same-Day Delivery when checking out.
Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods. Instacart's shoppers do the rest, personally shopping and delivering the order to your doorstep. You can choose between greeting the driver to retrieve your order , or to have the driver simply leave your items at your door .
Shopping is easier than ever.
You'll be charged when the order is dispensed to the driver and is on its way. You're not restricted by a minimum when you order Same-Day Delivery from Sam's Club. You get to choose only what you need, when you need it, without limitations. Instacart's pricing model does not support in-store sales and coupons.
Instacart allows customers/Members to indicate their delivery preferences when checking out. You will receive a text message when the Instacart Shopper is on the way, alerting as to the estimated time of arrival. If you are not there to receive the delivery, the Instacart Personal Shopper will try to contact you.

Delivery powered by Instacart is a service where you can shop at Sam's Club using the Instacart app or website. Items are picked and delivered by Instacart shoppers. Both Sam's Club members and non-members with an Instacart account can use this service. Your refund will be issued in the form of cash or credit card, depending on your original method of payment. We offer a no-questions return policy on all items you purchase at Sam's Club, including your Same-Day Delivery orders.
How Do Instant Savings Apply to Delivery?
We currently provide Same-Day Delivery to most residences that are within an 11-mile radius of a Sam’s Club. You may check whether your address is eligible for Same-Day Delivery here. If, for any reason, you select Greet Driver but you’re not home to receive your order, your order will be canceled. You must cancel an Instacart order during the shopping or delivery process. If it's not available for Same-Day Delivery, you can pick it up at the club or have it shipped to you. As an exclusive member benefit, we don't add price markups or extra fees to your delivery order. You get the same members-only price you get shopping in club, on your own. This means we don't charge to pick your order for you. All we charge is a nominal delivery fee to cover the cost of our delivery drivers.
It's important to note, once your order has been placed you can't add new items or increase the quantity of items in your basket. After you place your order, you'll receive an email confirmation with a tracking link. When your order is on the way, you can track it in real time so you can retrieve your items right when they arrive.
